Welcome!
So REEL Ladies came to me one day because I was at a cafe and they had a projection screen. And I said "Hmmm, me and a few of my friends should get together and show our trailers, hang out, and just talk film talk". Well the more I thought about it, the more ideas started hitting me. I thought, why just stop at having a day of it, why not a COMMUNITY??!
I don't want to pay exorbitant fees to be a part of a film community. I just want to network, watch films, watch trailers, be around like minded women and talk about the industry!
I want to get inspired and motivated, I want to hear women's stories, I want to support women in this industry and provide a platform for women to SHINE like the stars that they are and dream to be.
So hence the birth of REEL Ladies!
A supportive community of women to share their projects, chare casting notices, promote trailers and films, encourage one another, network with each other, and plan to take over this male dominated industry!! :)

As well as the film stuff I'm working on a project to link fellow ex-servicemen with dogs to help in rehab when they get back from conflict zones and for children who have lost a parent or sibling due to military service.
