ABOUT Janice
Janice joined Groundswell Films early 2007 and is now head of Physical Production. During her time at Groundswell, she has supervised physical production on Appaloosa, a western film directed and co-written by Ed Harris and released by Warner Bros, Milk, a Gus Van Sant's biopic on Harvey Milk starring Sean Penn, and on All Good Things, the Andrew Jarecki thriller starring Ryan Gosling and Kirsten Dunst.

Williams began her film career in 1995 working for Carnival Films and acclaimed British Producer Brian Eastman. She moved into freelance production work in 1996 before moving to New York in 1998 where she was Production Supervisor on numerous films such as Curse of the Jade Scorpion, Hollywood Ending, The Hoax and We Own the Night!

~ After greenlight – hiring key creative crew; hiring key production crew (e.g. accountant, 1st AD); honing the production plan.
